Top Ten Tuesday: Book Titles that Would Make Great Song Titles

A while back we did Book Titles That Would Make Great Band Names–one of the most creative topics ever! So, I view this topic as a great follow-up!

Entwined With You would be a crooner song–A Sinatra-wannabe or Michael Buble-type singer would be needed. Or maybe a Luther Vandross-type.

Black Heels and Tractor Wheels would be a perfect song for Dolly Parton

Devil’s Highway would be a perfect Johnny Cash song–it would be gritty and end in prison.

Tomato Girl--follow up to Watermelon Sugar for Harry Styles.

The Crossroad would be a soulful hit for Blake Shelton–a heartstrings-tugging love is over song.

Dogtripping! Alice Cooper and all that noise! I can imagine my brother torturing us with it in 1973 on those HUGE speakers he had!

As Sure As The Dawn just screams Steven Curtis Chapman to me [although this book cover definitely does NOT scream his name!]

This is a dark, angsty rap. Not sure about who would perform it. I’m not into rap.

Since You’re Leaving Anyway, Take Out The Trash has to also go to Dolly Parton! Country music does a great job with songs like that so why not give it to the best?

Salt to the Sea would be that rare instrumental #1 hit. Probably from a movie soundtrack.

Check out the rules at That Artsy Reader Girl and join in next week!
