This week’s topic is Cozy Reads–books that give off a cozy vibe!
Dean Street Press’s Furrowed Middlebrow series
Dean Street Press’s Furrowed Middlebrow series is the very essence of cozy!
The Cornish Midwife series is nice and cozy.
Cozy Nonfiction! Even author Meik Winking’s voice is cozy!
Judy Leigh’s books are fun and cozy.
Jan Karon’s Mitford is very cozy.
All of the many Miss Read books are very cozy.
Lucy Maud Montgomery’s books are certainly cozy.
The March family lived a cozy, if often financially strained life. Little Women, Little Men, and Jo’s Boys by Louisa May Alcott.

Your post encourages me to read the Judy Leigh books I was sent for my birthday last year. I might wait till summer as they look vacation-y and sunny.
And now I want to read the Village School books, too.

Lovely list. I’m glad you mentioned the Mitford series. I’ve been eyeing these but never tried one. Miss Read and LMM are both great favourites.

Mitford you need to start at the beginning and be a little patient. Once you’re through the first book you’ll likely be hooked!

I haven’t read those Jan Karon books but they give me a cozy vibe because my late grandmother adored that series.

Lots of great choices here, Lisa. I really need to start the Mitford series. I have about 8 of them on my bookshelf upstairs.
